Site Direction & Product Strategy
- Outlining the Product Strategy of Expedia Asia: Building new and growing existing lines of business. Defining business opportunities and generating scenarios that enable the development of high-value products and services for our customers.
- In charge of online Retail, Content and Customer Experience: leading cross-functional efforts to ensure maximum site shopping, conversion and revenue generation in Asia Pacific.
- Developing and implementing regional product roadmaps including new sites, features, tools and processes.
